Mr. Uthkarsh Sanjay , Mr. Pushkar Ananad, Mr. Adith A Danthi and Mr. Akshay GR under the able guidance of Mr. Ravi P, presented a paper titled, "REAL-TIME PHISHING DETECTION USING STATISTIC DATABASE CHECK, DNS AND WHO IS CHECK, VERIFYING ASCII CONTENT OF THE URL AND VISUAL SIMILARITY", in the 5th International Conference on Cognition and Recognition organized by Maharaja Institute of Technology Mysore, Mandya, India.
Arathi K from 3rd semester student of CSE(AI&ML) has successfully completed 5 week Internship on German Language from Internship studio
A student team comprising Naveen H V, Vivek Chandrashekar, Shubham Sain and Supreeth S, from Department of Mechanical Engineering has been second runner up in National Level HACKTHON for their project titled “Low-cost cooling solutions for Vegetable Vendors” which was organized by ISHRAE National Chapter. This team was guided by Prof. Muthuraj N P, Prof. Amruth E and Dr S A Mohan Krishna. They have been awarded with a cash prize of Rs. 25,000.

Dr. Ravikumar V, Dr. Pooja M R, Dr. Gururaj H L, faculties Dept. of CSE, were invited as technical speakers for UGC sponsored two day National Seminar on "Digital Transformation-Artificial Intelligence for Business Application" organized by the Dept. of Commerce and Business Administration, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh.
Mrs. Chethana H T and Ms. Impana H C, faculties of Dept. of CSE, published the paper titled "Video Classification and Safety System", Scopus indexed in Lecture Notes of Advances in Data and Information Sciences.
"Mr. Kiran, Assistant Professor Department of ECE was a resource person for a Webinar on “SECURITY OF MULTIMEDIA COMMUNICATIONS” organised by Faculty of Computer Applications under ACM Student Chapter on 18th Feb, 2022."
Dr. Sudheesh K V, Dr. Jagadeesh B, Dr. Mahadevaswamy, Dr. Naveen Kumar H N, Ms. Audre Arlene A and Mrs. Tejashwini S have successfully completed GIAN course on Adversarial Signal Processing and Machine Learning with applications to Multimedia Forensics from 14th Feb 2022 to 18th Feb 2022 organized by NIT, Rourkela.
Dr. Mahadevaswamy from ECE department was a reviewer for SCI indexed Journal titled Biomedical Signal Processing and Control and for Scopus Indexed Journal Materials Today Proceedings Journal.
Dr. S A Mohan Krishna has been included in the education committee of International Association of Innovation Professionals.
Dr. S A Mohan Krishna has been bestowed with the coveted Hoysala State award in the field of Science and Technology, which has been instituted by Hoysala Kannada Sangha and Savigannada Press Association, Mysuru.

Dr. S A Mohan Krishna delivered a talk on 'Importance of National Science Day' for the students of first year, which was organized by Department of Chemistry in association with the Institution Innovation Council of Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering on the occasion of National Science Day.
Dr. S A Mohan Krishna has been included in the education and research committees of International Astronomical Union, Paris, France.
